A question arose for us: how did other industries, using this knowledge in their fields, manage to achieve such impressive efficiency, savings, and quality? Is such success possible in adapting the Lean 6 Sigma methodology in online marketing, sales, paid search, and targeting?
In the process of adaptation, experiments, attempts, errors, defeats, and successes, we crystallized a clear sequence of actions and a set of tools that, with the help of Lean 6 Sigma, perfectly dissects the client acquisition process for any business (services, e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, etc.) into molecules, helping to identify all losses and unrealized potential.
